Dispatch
We strive to make and ship all orders as quickly as possible, normal turnaround time is 1-3 business days. Turnaround times may increase after large sales or holidays.
Orders are dispatched on working days only, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
When we dispatch your order you will be sent an email confirmation including tracking details where applicable. If you receive this email on a public holiday/weekend this means your order will be collected from us on the next working day. No parcels are collected from us at weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Fees
Orders to Lithuania are charged 3 EUR for shipping. All other destinations in Europe and the rest of world are charged 7 EUR for shipping.
We do not offer a guaranteed next day delivery service, we can not guarantee that an item will arrive at a certain time or date.
We do not offer compensation for orders that you may consider “late” or “delayed” once in the postal system, at certain times of the year or during postal strikes delivery times may be affected this is out of our control.
If your order fails to arrive please notify us. We will investigate the issue, we will contact the courier to find out what the problem is. We will then either resend or refund the order depending on your choice once the investigation is complete, this can take up to 10 working days.
International Orders
Orders to outside of the European Union may incur custom charges, these are the responsibility of the customer. Orders returned to us due to failure to pay custom charges will be refunded minus our shipping and incurred return costs.
If you have not received a dispatch email, check that you have used the correct email address and check your junk mail folder.
Though rare, your order may be delayed if we are out of stock of a particular item, if this is the case we will notify you.
We accept all major Credit Cards, PayPal, and Bank Transfer payment methods.
Guarantee
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you inform us that you wish to do so.
Our return address will be provided to you once we have communicated with you about your return.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. You will have to pay the cost of returning the goods, which we will refund if the goods are found to be faulty.
